This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for all of you out there who would love to get a flavour of our unique horsemanship program and expand your adventure with a tailored 3 days horse riding safari in our breath-taking Namibian Savannah!

You will indulge in 3 full training days getting a good flavour of our JD horsemanship methods in our full day training course 'Communication'; where you will get an introduction to the concept of the different training energies, working from feel & intention & liberty training.

Your next training day course 'Connection' will take you into the spheres of Equine Bodywork, Meditation, Aroma & Guasha Therapy to get a good understanding of your horses body and comprehensive well-being.

We want to make sure that you understand how we ride our horses here at JD and that you have a flawless and pressure-less communication from your seat before we take on the 3 days safari into the field so therefor ours 3rd training day is Connecting in the Saddle. Here it's all about riding from the seat and from feel; become real riding partners with your horse, listen to each other, preparing for your unforgettable journey together in the African Bush.

During your three days riding safari our concept of connection and partnership stays first just like in our horsemanship training program. Not only will you enjoy stunning wild animal sighting like giraffes, different type of antelopes, zebras and co from horseback but also our Sandwerf Exclusive Bushcamp which is designed that you stay in close contact with your equine partner even at night. Our tents are raised and the horses sleeping right under it; here in the middle of the stunning African Savannah. Luxurious isolation and peaceful connection with your horse in a small group of like-minded people will quarantee you a once in a lifetime experience. While the African sun is setting and you gather around the raised campfire on the social deck enjoying a freshly prepared meal our horses are staying close-by. Extra connection work sessions are on offer during your stay in the bush-camp; even at moonlight or under the stunning Namibian starry sky. This is the real luxury in an overcrowded world of today: no noise pollution - only the calming sounds of the African Bush at night, starry skies and your equine partner intimate and trusting, right there with you.

Back at Sandwerf enjoy a full day of unique Equine photography opportunities with the famous JD horses and a mini workshop about picture creation and story telling!
