Day 13 - Friday - Riding Safari - Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner and sleep over at Safari Camp
Day 14 - Saturday - Riding Safari - Dinner at Safari Camp / Return to camp before lunch at 13:00 back at Sandwerf - rest of the day relax at our big pool, your private chalet or the open air restaurant area - or spend some time with Sandwerf's other residents our mini donkeys, mini horses and Alpacas... 19:00 Good Bye Braai and Roundup with Lara and JD Founders

Program Summary
Surround yourself with the healing and inspiring spirit of Joseph’s Dream Stud in the silence of the African bush! Learn and sharpen your horsemanship skills and your holistic view of a balanced horse.
In this training retreat we are focussing on liberty, groundwork, balance and deep connection!
Learn from Lara how to establish a true connection of trust to communicate in liberty with your horse to reach your unlimited goals force free with this strong foundation of Natural Dressage communication.
You will learn how to read the horse as individual and how to approach this in a unique training way while using the ingredients of your newly gained insides & methods in the right dose and timing.
During Lara's workshop she will work with different type of horses throughout the workshop with you; depending on the interest and needs of the workshop participants. We are always shaping the training very much tailored to the desires of our workshop participants and the horses we send on the workshop journey with Lara and you together.
We are taking it slow during this retreat and are respecting the horses as well as your personal pace and feelings and the nature around us. As always here at JD we can promise you will learn at least as much about yourself as you will learn about horses...
Take your time and breathe in the stunning and intense African nature, colourful sunrises and sunsets everyday and let your soul be filled up by the incredible concert of nature in these magical hours of the day! View our free roaming game at our local waterhole at dusk or dig into a book at your private luxury terrace of your chalet. Enjoy a dip into your private sitting pool on your veranda with a glass of wine. Take a stroll amongst the paddocks and meet our affectionate JD foals & Alpacas or indulge in some sweet cuddles from our Mini Donkeys and Mini Horses...
Our peaceful and modern shaped green village provides accomodation for you during your stay in one of our brand-new chalets with private toilet and bathroom. Our very limited number of maximum 8 participants for this special retreat ensures that the desired family character of the whole experience stays alive and provides the opportunity for personal attention and questions.

Additional Information
Depending on suitable flight options you are welcome to book additional nights before or after the workshop and join our JD training schedule if you like. Your accommodation will be one of Sandwerf's luxury chalets with an en suite bathroom, king-size bed, private veranda and private mini plunge pool.
Please note our talented chefs at our spacious and modern Sandwerf Restaurant are able to cater for vegetarian, vegan diet as well as all kind of food intolerances. Included in this workshops program price is a luxury breakfast, one course light lunch and two courses star kitchen dinner :) Our airport shuttle from and back to Windhoek Hosea Kutako International Airport is icncluded in the workshop package price.
Please note that we require a 50% non-refundable deposit with placing your booking and the balance is due one month prior to your arrival.

Our peaceful and modern shaped green village provides accomodation for you during your stay in one of our unique and light chalets; each room single occupation and each room with private bathroom. Each chalet has a veranda with it's own mini pool. (See pictures below)
Meals:
Three meals provided by our talented chef on side are included as well as water, juice, tea, coffee - extra drinks are not included and on your own account.
Transfers:
Airport Shuttle from Hosea Kutako International Airport to Sandwerf Retreat Farm is included in this Retreat.

Extra Week
You are welcome to book extra weeks within our volunteer program directly with us to deepen your training experience and practise (horsemanship and inner calmness methods) or to (re)learn horse riding the gentle way and to practise your newly gained Parelli skills with our huge variety of horses at stud.

Good to know
Visa:
You are entering Namibia on a Tourism Visa that you will get in form of a stamp at the airport when entering into the country
(Please note only Citizen of the People’s Republic of China will need to apply for an entry visa upfront).
Travel Vaccinations recommended for Namibia are Tetanus, Hepatitis and Typhus; as recommended in general for the whole of Africa. Please note that we are located in a non-malaria area (90km from Windhoek). No malaria prophylaxes required.
